What is the concept design of the P20?
A: The P20 is designed to be extremely rugged, with a one-layer tube that withstands extreme conditions and rough handling. P20 is your trustworthy helper for searching or in emergencies.  It is compatible with 2 readily available 21700 batteries as quick & easy backup options. with P20, will never let darkness catch you.

What kind of LED is used in P20?
A: An original Luminus SBT-90.2 white LED emitter with a lifespan of 50,000 hours.

Why choose the removeable 21700 Battery Pack with built-in USBC port?
There are 3 factors.
1). Waterproof considerations:
To achieve an IP68 waterproof rating, we chose to a removable 21700 battery pack with built-in USBC port, not built in the USBC port on the flashlight.Using silicone cover will compromise the P20's tough exterior and waterproof rating, as the silicone material will degrade over time. Charging through such a 21700 battery pack ensures the best waterproof protection and tough feature.

2). 21700 Battery pack design:
This 21700 battery pack is made of two 21700 batteries in a 2S1P configuration. The copper ring of the ends around the battery pack serves as a signal transmission area. With built-in the chips of the battery- management and protection board monitor the charging process to ensure safety and reliability, which also enables the tail switch function to operate normally. so you can rest assured to use them.

3). Flexible battery options:  
For long runtime outdoors, the P20 comes with a removable high-capacity 21700 battery pack, compatible with regular 21700 batteries (with or without built-in USBC port). So you do not need to wait for charging for a long time, which works in any emergency tasks. This is also crucial for long hiking trips or unexpected power outages. When the flashlight is powered by 2 x 21700 single batteries, please operate the flashlight via the side switch.This flexibility enhances the practicality of the P20 in extreme conditions.  

Why does P20 use one-layer tube design?
The one-layer tube is designed to withstand extreme conditions and rough applications.

When using 2 x 21700 single batteries, can I still operate the light with tail switch?
A: When powered by 21700 batteries, it is programmed that you can experience smooth operation with the side switch.

Why does the flashlight happen to flicker?
A: The reasons that may cause the light to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:
1). Poor battery level.
Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.
2). The contact or contact point of the battery or flashlight is dirty.  
Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
3). The tail switch of the flashlight is slightly misaligned.
Solution: Make sure the flashlight tail switch is screwed on properly.
